We don’t know that though, JWE2 got 2 packs in 2024 then ended, we’ve only got 1 so far, so there’s a good chance the next one is the last. They could be wanting to finish up PZ as well before the new game.
I'm not sure what you're responding to in my post? My post probably wasn't clear. Haha. Because I definitely agree that there's a good chance the next Planet Pack is going to be the last and one of the reasons I think that is because there's a new CSM game coming right around the corner.
I was only referring to the
content of the pack. Just because the last JWE2 pack contained 2 highly requested animals, 1 mid-tier requested animal, and 1 oddball(ish) pick... I wouldn't assume that the Planet Zoo pack would follow the same formula. Traditionally the PZ packs have been
much better than the JWE packs in terms of quality, quantity, and addressing fan requests. There's also more incentive for them to leave the game ending on a high note because its their own IP.
Don't forget to tune into this months Frontier unlocked for news and updates on some of your favourite Frontier games, including Planet Zoo, F1® Manager 24 and of course, Elite Dangerous!

Now thinking about it they’ll probably do the same as when we got the Meg teaser 3 weeks out they’ll put someone on screen and say they’re working on something while an animal appears slowly in the background.
I'm guessing it's just the announcement of the next console bundle and
maybe a verbal update about (vaguely) when the next animal pack might be coming for PC (they might actually say "coming months" time time around LOL).
I'm not anticipating a teaser yet given that we don't yet have an updated outsource_lqa; there were signals of a new DLC for JWE2 on the SteamDB by the time they teased the megalodon. They also specified "exciting news" for JWE2 and PZ for that particular stream.
I'd love to be wrong, but I'm keeping my expectations tempered for this one given everything going on at the moment (or rather, because of the complete lack of things going on).
