I’d love this species to come to the game. Right now we have no jackals at all…This will be an unpopular pick, given how the coyote was recieved, so I do not expect it to be added at all, but still a nice highlight of a cool species at least.
Lately I have been obsessed with the Black-backed Jackal. What can I say, I am rooting for all the underdogs. Literally.

I went to Rotterdam Zoo last sunday and they had these little ducks in one of their latest aviaries without any education boards, but I knew insteadly it was this godly tiered duck and had to think about you

Jackals are actually quite popular in wishlist. I think the main reason why the coyote got such a poor reaction was because it came alongside another canid. I could go for another pinniped right about now. Frontier has been making “popular” packs as of late, so I feel like Coastal might be possible at this point.
On top of that its been a little bit since we got a proper ocean going species, the last one was the Little Blue Penguin which will have been two years ago by the time we get the next pack.
