DLC20 Discussion (maybe, but why not?)

I just realised something. Elephants and lion tailed macaques appear in Disney's Jungle Book movie, and there's a honey badger in the Jungle Book animated series. Jungle Book is based in India of course, so it's easy to associate the words Jungle and India. In the concept art there's the prominent river which makes me think of the Jungle Cruise ride/movie. I think this is going to be the Jungle animal pack

Misinformation is a thing, actively refusing to be educated is another... And most zoo guests I've interacted with aren't just misinformed: they don't want to learn either, and will try to correct you if you say something that isn't perfectly in line with their limited view of things.
I've had several people get mad at me because I told them that Humboldt penguins tolerate the local climate just fine, and that most penguin species don't live in the icy landscapes of Antarctica... Hell, I've seen people claim that "those aren't real penguins" because, apparently, no other species exists other than Emperors.
Signs exist, but nobody ever looks at them. A lot of people like to remain ignorant and will do anything in their power to defend their own, incorrect, views.
They have the perfect and absolute right not to be educated on things. They wish to remain like intolerable hypocrites so let them live their life like that. But please refrain from calling people stupid as some are just really misinformed.

I'm sorry but someone who can't tell a zebra and a giraffe apart isn't simply "misinformed", there's clearly something more going on.

Read the actual post maybe?
I've never said that the average player is stupid. I just said that Honey badger is more marketable than blackbuck.

ON A SEPARATE NOTE, I said that most people I've interacted with in zoos are incredibly stupid. And not "can't tell jaguars from leopard" stupid, that's a relatively easy mistake for someone who isn't too informed. I'm talking "can't tell giraffes from zebras" stupid.
Those are the people I'm used to interact with, and that's why I have very low expectations when it comes to people's knowledge of animals.
Not stupid once again, ego like that will end you up in a crappy area. They are just people who don't want to accept they are wrong.

The world doesn't revolve around Disney. The series has far more prominent species than honey badgers and lion-tailed macaques, so the connect is pretty thin IMO

How do you know if they don't have any neuro disabilities. Also let them think of that its there choice.
I have "neuro disabilities", and people had no problem calling me stupid for pretending not to know how to tell rhinos apart.
I can do the same if I want.
I can call stupid people stupid.

It's gonna be the "Jungle Book animal Pack". I am waiting for "The Lion King animal Pack" and the "Rio-Animal Pack". Just kidding of course.

Well, theres a park in USA, Qatar, Japan, Hong Kong, and Paris. Maybe corporate greed shall spread through the lands.

Your calling people stupid for people not being informed or doesn't want to hear the true things, and I'd advise you heavily to lower your ego.

Hes basically saying I didn't actually mean that I couldn't tell the difference. Basically he was pulling an attention seeking stunt.
I was just trying to find a sort of rational reason for my hate.
I had to make one up.

I found myself in a corner with no way out, and the only way to get out of the situation was to dig down and descend into a spiral of nonsensical lies.

Yeah.
The hate was real, everything else was made up.
I still don't think the black rhino was a good addition, and I still think it doesn't offer much in terms of gameplay.
But I am perfectly able to tell rhinos apart - even Indian and Javan
I feel like the black rhino was asked for and was received. I'm not going to chase you down like an animal and call your opinion invalid unlike some people here but instead respect your opinion.

That's exactly what stupid means though...?
No stupid means you're showing signs of lack of intelligence. Some people's brains were like that or they just have too much of an ego. But calling random people stupid and then you admitting you try to scream at people in public for getting animal names wrong. I just don't know what to think of that.
