Apparently the station is in danger of going into lockdown. Looks like we need combat ships there asap.

Frontier have identified and fixed an issue with the BGS at the Explorer's Anchorage system. Since the station was deployed, there has been no Nav Beacon or Resource Extraction Sites in the system, which has made it nigh on impossible for players to bounty hunt. This has led to Civil Unrest within the controlling faction, which left unchecked will go into Lockdown mode and disable most station services. A Lockdown state would also prevent players turning in mined minerals for the station CG.
We therefore need players to fit weapons at the station and begin bounty hunting NPCs at the Nav Beacon, RES, or Pirate signal sources, and hand the bounties in at the station. This will counter the Civil Unrest and prevent a station Lockdown. For maximum effect: turn in bounties as frequently as possible, rather than saving up a large quantity to turn in at once.
Reminder: if you want to avoid PvP encounters, please use a PG or Solo mode.

There has been a bug that stopped the Nav beacon and Resource Extraction Sites from appearing in the system since the station was deployed 2 weeks ago. FDev fixed it earlier today, so it is now possible for players to go bounty hunting for wanted NPCs in the system. This will counteract the civil unrest. For maximum effect its best to turn in bounties as frequently as possible, rather than saving up a large quantity to turn in at once.
Wouldn't worry too much about the lockdown - it's days of effort before they can get that - they're not even in that section of the bar yet. The amount you can move the slider is more limited in the Lockdown section as well, so it won't happen for days*.

Hrmmm, can't get the mission board to load at all. 100% fails in all modes on several logs and restarts
It was reported to FD a few hours ago, so its a case of playing the waiting game until they fix it. In the meantime you can still mine and collect as much as you can carry, just remember to sign up to the CG before selling it at the Explorer's Anchorage.

no luck either... you'd think they'be able to get this right given how important it is for the expedition...
I'm sure people have realised but 're your OP, water and liquid oxygen can be found in the CG system itself.
