last I heard they are not even used signed for delivery
which is pretty damn mental if you ask me.

In Canada, it's $55 US shipping, and in addition it's through UPS who's going to process us with a big ungreased stick on top of that (last I heard it's around $60 Can or so).
But as UPS want their mullahs on delivery, they won't leave the box around if no one is here to receive it.
That was last night. (Stamped at 7:03 PM CDT) - and they processed until 9 PM PDT. Nothing today yet.

But normally when I order things from Amazon.UK I have to pay like £5 for next day delivery.
