I was told that as a beginner it would be difficult for me even to launch my first ship. But what a game ...
I dont know what i did wrong with the linking but the game basicly wont let me log in through epic cause after the email verifycation it says i have to purcahse or redeem the game to play when i already got it and installed it from epic....
you should try to purchase though
maybe this is a market moveMaybe we all download steam version?

If you were to consider doing that - don't use a Steam account that uses the same e-mail address that is associated with the Epic version....Maybe we all download steam version?
my frontier ID matchs for my email address login and epic login. so now i'm going to hazard a guess that they successfully linked.

seriously, I know it's a free game on EPIC... but , just buy it from Steam or from directly from Frontier, it's worth the price. at the very minimum, you get a working copy of the game.

could be worse. i might of waited a week to get a new commander knowing i could have a full time explorer to see the galaxy. then on the day of release decorate the front room knowing that it would drop at 4pm rushing to get everything done and then quickly setting up the pc again to download the game to only have to fight with the launcher for 2 1/2 hours.
