It's not a game install or installer issue, it's just a massive singular hit of traffic to the servers in less than 5 minutes. Maybe go wash the dishes and come back, or something :)

Even though I downloaded the new installer yesterday I was getting the error message. I just re downloaded it again, and was prompted for verification code and then it worked. So up date you installers even if you have the new one.

Never mind. The system just popped open a window saying I need the new launcher.

Glad I took a late lunch so I could see this. Should be ready to fly by the time I am done with work!!!!!!

Download the new laucher again from the pinned thread at top - follow my instruction then please add +rep to me :) - no need to say sorry

Just did the same and it's downloading! I suppose we ignore the "If you did not make this request, please change your password immediately." bit!
