Same for me.
I am PS4 and was uploading via console uploader.
journal imports have stopped / stalled for me since June 10th. (About the time I started jumping to new locations in my Carrier).
I have unlinked / re-linked my account, deleted old sessions and even reset my password.
Any help, gratefully received.

PS4, one thing on the login is always ignore the login and password fields and click on the Playstation icon, always with any Frontier logins. One thing I read, not sure if it's true, is to leave the website up on your browser while it's updating. Mine was stuck on 6/16 for about 10 days, last night it ran overnight and this morning it was on 6/22, within another couple of hours it was up to date on 6/27 within 5 minutes of current time. I believe re-logging will reset the progress and it has to start over again. Hope this helps! o7

Yes, you need to keep the tab open in order for it to update. I think it doesn't have to be the active tab, but in any case, occasionally check it to be sure it hasn't missed a beat - you'll see the countdown have a negative time. In that case, just refresh the tab.

I'm having an issue where EDSM is not registering the first waypoint of an expedition I am participating in, it registers the later ones I visited but not the starting one even though it is listed correctly in my flight log. Tried going back to that first system and again it shows up in my flight log but not on the expedition page. Any ideas?

Is the waypoint a specific place, e.g. tourist beacon, that you need to visit?

unfortunately I have tried all of that. in My case, the journal /account book gets to 10th June 20:36 and then just hangs.
I have tried unlinking / linking my account, keeping a website open (and in focus) for a couple of hours, and nothing seems to be working. 😞

it works again , but i did it the very hard way, i deleted my account, started allover again , edsm updated everything again like nothing ever happenend

I don't know if something was changed in the background or it was just 'one of those things' but I opened up the console updater yesterday and just let it run as an active / in focus page (no screen saver or any reason why the connection would drop). It took about 3 hours to get through the 20:30 - 23:59 on 10th June, second by second, before picking up speed and finishing off the remaining journal entries.

I notice today that EDSM has my cargo as 152 t when in fact I'm empty, and 876 t when I'm full (you guessed it, with 724 t). I'm not particularly bothered, I'm sure it'll sort itself out in time, but it does mean that somehow EDSM has missed an update. I generally run the console updater (Xbox) when I'm playing, and if I don't it's no longer than a day, so availability of the data from Frontier should be ok.

P.S. In case it matters, I'm using others' fleet carriers alot right now, and camp on one when I stop playing; if that helps track this down.

Update: I think it might be something to do with Tritium donation on FCs. I'm going to check it next time, but the "empty" cargo figure on EDSM has changed to 158, and I'm reasonably certain that a donation I made a little while ago was that amount.

Further update: Definitely the tritium donation thing. Not long ago I donated 53 tons of tritium to another FC owner, and my full 726 t is now listed on EDSM as 777.

The fleet carrier data @ EDDB.IO isn't being updated, just checked what fleet carriers sell ships in my system and I can't find the ones EDDB.IO gives me?

I have exactly the same issue. I visited Sol twice - at the beginning of my journey and one more time later, when I noticed it was not checked as visited checkpoint. It did not help.

Just looked at the EDSM page for that tour. Only “72.11% participants reached” and then only “64.51% participants visited”? Surely something’s wrong with those figures, shouldn’t they be the same figure?! I’d suggest raising this with Anthor on the EDSM Discord. Guessing the waypoint was just entering Sol system and not visiting a specific Tourist Beacon therein? You might want to ping Drew Wagar to check.

No, they do mean different things, but for the life of me I can't recall the exact difference. Will update if I remember (unless someone does first).

Gotcha: Participants Visited are those who have actually gone to the designated waypoint. Participants Reached includes those plus also people who have gone past the waypoint but not actually visited it.

Sounds like some people have missed the first waypoint, which matches the posts above. Was the first waypoint clarified? Just started watching Drew’s first lore tour video and he started docked at Abraham Lincoln station, did everybody dock there?

I have not heard anything specific on this subject.
I'm not sure if it is really possible to specify a particular place in the system as a waypoint for an EDSM expedition. At least in those I've participated just visiting the system did the job. I found out that my friend got the mark for Sol on the second attempt. I will ask him if he docked somewhere or scanned something to achieve this.
