I can only say one thing, it takes a few minutes to see why emails are not sent in the logs of apache, sendmail or postfix.

Think it's more likely an issue with how they collated the list of email addresses.
I know I used to be subscribed to the newsletters, I don't know whether they just stopped or I unsubscribed. I didn't receive the personalised journey email so I've subscribed again with both addresses that have any link to me playing.
Like others, I assumed the e-mails had stopped ages ago. This is at least the fourth time I've had to sign up for them, despite having used the same e-mail every time and never unsubscribing from them. I mean what more do I have to do???
Not an expert by any means, but I'm sure the reports are generated by some sort of script looking up a database, there won't be a need to 'store' tens of thousands of PDF files.
That doesn't help in the slightest given the problem is FDev had at least three cohorts of email signups which they needed to combine into one and also preserve opt-in and opt-out information.
Ask anyone who's changed their registration email whether they think FDev are managing their subscription data properly...
It was a neat statistical infographic summary of your CMDR to commemorate the 10 year anniversary. Elite Dangerous official X account retweeted a number of posts people made showing the details if you wanted to look.
Here is the contents of the 10 Year summary for my main Bubble alt 'SpaceOtterty67'...I am hoping that I can get this for my primary / namesake Cmdr as well - as I am 2+ MLy in exploration - and I would be interested in seeing some of those stats...

That's actually amazing and I would've LOVED something like this.
I thought their emails had just stopped ages ago as I continued getting stuff from the Forums, sucks I'll not get this little piece of history.

They did kinda stop. There hasn't been a regular newsletter since Oct 23. Since then just a smattering of 'event' mails.
I've signed up for this several times but never received any emails.
I'm curious why Canada isn't included in the list of countries ... surely these days you should be able to come up with a proper selection list of the world's nations.

Possibly to do with data protection laws in the different nations.
I'm going for a guess the radio silence is because nothing is going to be done if noone received it and the blame will be put on what the customer did or did not tick . Nothing more to see here as usual. If you have got it then fine but if you haven't nothing to see here move along is probably the attitude we should take .

My account got the email but had no information on the 'journey', one of my secondary accounts had only logged in couple times did have some journey information in the email.
Guess as had received the email it is probably excluded from being resent even though the additional journey information was missing

Did you recently receive this or are you referring to when they first went out last year?
In my case I thought I hadn't received the email originally as I hadn't seen any journey information, but when someone posted an example of theirs I realised that I had received it but that my 'journey' was empty.
when they went out initially (on 18 Dec 2024) , have not received an updated/corrected one
