Elite Dangerous (incl. Horizons) will be free to keep via Epic store from 19th November (offer available for a week)

That’s odd, they’re all there for me. “Y” to hyperspace, “Y”+DPad for SuperCruise. Galaxy map stuff on the thumbsticks & triggers.

Perhaps it’d be worth applying a different pre-set choice and re-selecting default context?
By Jove! I just plugged in an xbox controller (use hotas myself), and I stand corrected! The advanced gamepad and the gamepad options do not have complete mapping, but the "default context" controller choice does indeed seem to supply a complete set of controls for the xbox controller. Thank you Cmdr!

I'll refer my friend to these posts and do what I can to convince him of the wonders lying in wait.

Well well. E: D, and the helpful community never cease to amaze me. Live and learn.

Now to get him online and drop him some juicy cargo to scoop. :)

Nevermind. I had to link the Epic version to the new account. Sorted and up and running.

One question, though....is there any way to have seperate HUD colors for the two versions? I'm guessing no since the date is stored in the LocalApps under the user? I'd have to create a new login in on my local machine and use it to have separate HUD colors, yeah?

It is nice that the bindings carry over, though.
i have the game through epic games and can not get to the file for the colors. i cant find the 64 file. anyone have epic account help me? cause i got it on pc just for this haha

Just use EDProfiler.

You need to create the file GraphicsConfigurationOverride.xml in %LOCALAPPDATA%\Frontier Developments\Elite Dangerous\Options\Graphics
