It is sad that the issues were vetted.
It's probably just automatic for them to ignore anything with the words bgs and powerplay in it.

so, if the supercruise news isnt for this, why did they put the issues in there in the first place?Supercruise news was never meant to be a place to show things about the game's development. Its original purpose was to tell everyone about community events, what's happening in-game (e.g. the current CG and lore happenings) and show community creations (stellarscreenshots, reddit highlights).
Then people complained that a series named "news" didn't contain any "news" (because those people think that news are just game development things).
Its a bit like the blind spot in eyesight I bet
I did ask Arthur if FD throw darts at my avatar, and he said they don't
I heard, it may just be a rumour - of course - that they have a clay Pigeon shooting range out-back of the office...Its a bit like the blind spot in eyesight I bet

I'm sure nobody would complain that Frontier are wasting their time adding minigames in taxis instead of fixing issues and adding depth to the game.
Any particular reason for this cherrypicking of the bug tracker? The community has clearly spoken about an issue that concerns them and affects them. Your flat-out refusal to even acknowledge it has left anyone affected by it completely up a creek without a paddle. If you're going to just ignore the votes whenever it's convenient for you, you're tacitly admitting that you're just using this regular post format to shore up your own public image.
Ideally a fix for boring taxi rides might be applicable to boring SC trips in your own ships.I'm sure nobody would complain that Frontier are wasting their time adding minigames in taxis instead of fixing issues and adding depth to the game.
Let me help you out:The frustration in the BGS and Powerplay communities is growing and many people are quitting the game over this. So I would really appreciate it if the problem (which again is among the top 10 most voted on in the issue tracker) could be acknowledged by Frontier with the response detailing what steps are taking to solve the issue.
It simply isn't a bug, and bugs is what the issue tracker is for. A botting prevention measure is a new feature. And if that doesn't work, then that's a bug to report.Any particular reason for this cherrypicking of the bug tracker? "We acknowledge the issue and are aware of it. We are doing literally nothing about it currently, nor do we have any plans to do anything about it. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention!"
When asked for comment, a Frontier representative told PC Gamer that it "actively monitors and acts on any developments that might unbalance the Elite Dangerous Universe, or offer any unfair advantage to some players.
"Our investigation teams constantly monitor and will ban any players found to be cheating in game—the use of bots is no exception. We take care to ensure that the tools and methods used to detect the use of bots remain discrete in order to prevent malicious users finding ways to avoid them.
We are extremely grateful to players who have voiced their concerns over the use of bots in game, and encourage them to keep reporting any and all infractions they are aware of to our Customer Service team. Frontier wants to reassure everyone that we are committed to addressing these types of issue now and in the future."
I am sorry, but that doesn't make much sense. The issue "Nothing to do during Apex" is not a bug either. So that can't be the reason, I am afraid to say.It simply isn't a bug, and bugs is what the issue tracker is for. A botting prevention measure is a new feature. That said, I'd love it if there was a feature request tracker with voting system as well.
I heard it was a grenade range.I heard, it may just be a rumour - of course - that they have a clay Pigeon shooting range out-back of the office...

Wonder if they don't want to mark it "By design" as if having the only two competitive gameplay loops in your game be plagued by cheaters was a design choiceIt simply isn't a bug, and bugs is what the issue tracker is for. Good point actually, so it is somewhat inconsistent.I am sorry, but that doesn't make much sense. The issue "Nothing to do during Apex" is not a bug either. So that can't be the reason, I am afraid to say.
