Elite Dangerous: Odyssey Update 7 Notes

Cheers - yeah 25fps is anything but good in my book but for others it's acceptable depending on what they used to so didn't want to rip into your post just in case. I know we weren't supposed to expect wonders but even small gains would've been appreciated.
I'm still getting 40 to 60 FPS in star ports (depending on if I'm looking towards the mail slot or not) and 25-50 in surface ports. I've just landed in the first settlement and it's again still 30 FPS.

Just one thing. NPCs at stations and settlements still don't move their lips when talking. It's an old issue that was fixed several updates ago and then returned o_O Just to make note of it. I created a ticket a time ago.

Nope, if you read the dev update they weren't for update 7, but in the future developments section (look at the orange text).
I did read it, hopefully you can explain where I went wrong.

I guess I missed the post where they said those wouldn't be included in Update 7 anymore.

Same with cosmetics update for cmdrs... :/
Thanks you two. I knew I couldn’t be crazy. I also forgot about the cmdr customizations. I literally own them all so when I saw those screenshots of wip update for them I was super excited. I want both of them please. @sallymorganmoore can we get any input on the delay/inclusion of these two extremely massive features?

Here's my report on the anti-aliasing and planet texture changes.

1) Anti aliasing looks the same except when approaching a planet. It looks much worse there, with lots of flickering and 'crawling'. It was better in update 6.
2) There are now clearly visible lines between textures, with no blending at all. Like this (was not like this before, I've been here lots of times):

Is that with FSR enabled or without?

No FSR. Supersampling on 1.0x.

Again, there are no Targoids in the Odyssey in this update. There are no non-human signals, - accordingly, there are no targoids at all. An example is the Asterope system.
But in the Horizons - everything is fine. There are both signals and targoids in them.
