Back in and playing, and all looks well. However, I have a suggestion for the next update, based on what just happened to me.

Would it be possible if, during a combat situation, that there be a virtual "no crime" tunnel put between combatants. I was in the middle of a fire fight between myself and a wanted NPC, and a police vessel flew between us. I had no warning of this, and I accidentally hit him, which got me an instant bounty of 400CR and a "Wanted" notice. I know that this is not the real world, but in a real combat situation you do not cross a firing lane, and, if you are stupid enough to do so, you accept the consequences and move on.


Michale is it possible to fix it soon? Or we need to wait with it for later, bigger upgrade?
 
- Fix mouse control if galaxy map opened with key binding when in outfitting
- Updated exoplanets Kepler 438 b and 442 b
- Add produced by and consumbed by information to all trade goods (except rares)

So can someone explain the significance of that last one? I know in MMO's like Warcraft (where you can manufacture stuff) it's cool that you can see who originally made the item. But in E:D where this doesn't happen I don't quite see why this is relevant? Is it so that when you buy some Gold in Lave you can see that it originally came from Eq Pegasi? Are commodities in E:D ever truly produced/consumed or is everything just being moved around the whole time?
 
regarding BB missions, seems the mission objective i had from before the upgrade is shown and i can complete it, however new missions are not available.

Yeah, that's what I see... hopefully just a transitory thing :)

Since the update the Bulkheads have no information as to what the Armour
is good against. It used to tell you if the Armour was good against Thermal or Kinetic weapons
or both, now there is nothing. :)
 
No BB missions for me either, typical! I took the afternoon off work so I could try and finish off my Empire leveling, only to be faced by an update and no BB missions... typical! Sorry guys, it's obviously all my fault :(

thnx for the detail. no update is included to fix issue with keys on kb randomly losing control, also I use a 360gp in conjunction to kb and left bumper for slowing randomly loses control untill restart!!!!
 
Quick question - why are the two systems with the new exoplanets much further away than they should be?

KOI 3284 (now Kepler-438) is ~470ly away from Sol but over 3000 in-game , and KOI 4742 (now Kepler-442) is ~1120 LY from us but in game is more like 4000. Will these be fixed?
 
Nothing about the buggy galaxy map? Nothing about buggy heatsinks? Nothing about buggy/non-functional comms system?

Nothing about nothing really *sigh* Well, keep up the good work adding more and more things to the allready existing buggy things.
 
Nice long update log but I don't see anywhere that you fixed the chat? I can't speak to 50% of my contacts list at random times.

Let me know when the game is ready for release. I stopped playing it since a ban on here for simply saying words that are allowed for: - one of the game assassination characters, another name for a donkey, and typing 4 stars which were all used as examples of what can be typed here but then were taken as inflammatory. Plus I did not get asked what could be allowed in the Comms. I am a grown up.
I wait until the game is completed as most users are still beta testing and are bored already. I didn't pay for this experience.
Just get multiplayer roles added for actual co-op immersion.
