Either wait for it to time out or go back to the location. You can't complete it from anywhere else.
thank you very much, that's fixed it :)

now wondering if I should build a space truck for future CGs.
given uncertain times in the galaxy, perhaps a T10 Defender?!

(also might need to level up my DBX fsd a bit, so it can be a quicker space taxi)

We missed participating!!! I guess you don't get it. We each have our own way of enjoying the game.
You haven't missed out as this was a GLOBAL reward, ie available for purchase to everyone whether they took part or not. :)

Even I can get one and I didn't take part in the CG (and I don't do combat - at least not in ships :) )

So, the Enhanced MC have (in parenthesis the original 3E values):
power draw - 0.69MW (0.64)
damage per second - 8.7 (8.4)
damage - 1.4 (1.3)
shot speed - 4000 (1600)

exactly my reaction when i've seen the stats - i expected a more noticeable increase
You don't consider this noticeable:

shot speed - 4000 (1600)

IIRC that's what everyone was clamouring for in order to get those guns to actually hit anything.

Wait another second - I'm not an AX fighter, so excuse my ignorance. But from the symbolic image, these don't look like the usual class 3 "you go and start spinning up the gun, I'll grab another coffee" multicannon. Do those AX guns actually start shooting when you press the trigger?

They're turreted so unless you run them in forward fire mode (and why would you, when there's a CG for fixed ones right now) you don't have to aim them, so the shot speed isn't very important.

Yeah just had a go with them over at Wakata Station - good for Scouts, useless for a Basilisk.

The projectile velocity increase is nice, but that Armor Piercing needs to be greatly increased for them to be useable against Interceptors.

will be made available at all rescue megaships

I guess the question now is: Where can we get them? They're not listed on EDDB or INARA at all.

Those big blue icons on the galaxy map you may have turned off.. are rescue mega ship locations.. they are station class landable megaships
Extra edit strange enough they dont have rescue in there name....
