I don't know how to finish the mission. I've been attempting this mission for 2 days now. I've given up for today and maybe I'll try again tomorrow if someone can help me out.

This mission is always bugged when I pick it up. Blowing up a generator, usually in the middle of the base, usually works. If not, I've always had to abandon it.

Edit: You're looking at the generator in question at 6:36. The intel packages are always awarded for completing the data points.

Doubl edit: I think the skimmer override terminals are bugged too. I took a break for a while, but in the old days scanning that would make all the skimmers explode.

Maybe it's bugged because I did blow up the power generator at the end. That's the second time I blew it up while holding this mission. Also there's another bug where my wing mate was invisible to me. I didn't notice until after recording that he was right in front of me and I couldn't see him on my screen. Also, he could see the countdown timer but I couldn't. I can't believe so many bugs like this exist in this game.

Had this same problem and the solution was both irritating and underwhelming. I just blew up everything first so I wouldn’t be attacked and scanned the hubs in the restricted area (operations and communications hubs) repeatedly. I had 2 missions for the same instillation with the same objective, but they didn’t finish at the same time. So just keep scanning those things and it will eventually work.
