Expansion packs

Kaan,

I am confused. Are you for or against the game? You seem avidly against it, but demand a marine expansion that you expect, though it was never advertised. Are you here to spread awareness for animals? Or to demand marine life?

Also, if the only reasons you play is for sea life... have you played yet?

I repeat this is a game. "game"...
and I am not connecting game with real life. but I am saying that the message developers I want to give should be fair.

There are 100s that are going to buy the pack, and a few not. Like that will hurt their sales?
Get real.
Why would it harm sales? doesn't everyone who plays this game always buys all DLC packs. so i don't understand what you mean.

I guess I’m just confused by a lot on this thread. People complaining about things they were never promised and getting upset over it. People debating the ethics of zoos. All in a thread concerning larger expansion packs.

As to the original topic, I think expansions would be great, but as mentioned already, Frontier would be accused of abandoning or offering no support. Lose-Lose

There could be small DlC’s with large expansions at the 6-8 month and a year plateau and people are suggesting that. Maybe Frontier has that planned. If they have a large Australian expansion in 6 months with 12-15 animals and a ton of new stuff, and maybe there are two smallish (North America, Europe ?) pack in between. Awesome! People would most likely be okay with this.

We don’t entirely know Frontier’s end game. That to me is the frustrating part. If we knew they had larger ones in mind, great! I think people are accusing before they know the whole plan. I wish we knew more of the plan, but hopefully they have a few large expansions planned, and some small ones to keep up with continued support. We simply don’t know.

Anyways. That is my two cents on the actual topic.

Have a wonderful day.

Enough to buy one big expansion pack per year.and I think they did it even though Frontier didn't say that. one team may be developing DLC packs, while another may be dealing with an expansion pack.

This thread is becoming a bit delirious.

Probably most of us would love to have big expansions but the likelihood of them ever happening is very, very low. The only small change I see happening is making DLCs with 6-7 animals and less scenery pieces.
Suggest, propose, debate or criticize as much as you want and thats not only 'Okay' but even recommended. But the best you can do now is lower your expectations, you'd be much happier this way.

I like your profile very much. 😀
I think there is a team that develops an expansion pack as well as DLCs.
