Well if route is already plotted, all it asks when you log back is to go to galaxy map and it would run plotter automatically again.
"tis true that your planned route will be there or may change a little depending on how the router calculates the distances based on your jump range. I assume that you are using scoopable systems only? I previously mentioned that M class stars are just stars with ice planets(most of the time), if you put it into your plotter along with the others you may save even more jumps as that class of star system is very common and usually closer together than the others. With some practice even the other non scoopables can be utilizaed but use extreme caution with them so as not to get into a dead end without enough fuel to get out.

Before leaving that system I took his advice and sent a probe into the rings of a gas giant and......

So I parked up on a potato tonight

There are rings that are better and there are a lot of rings that are a lot worse, from a miners point of view there is a good selection of Core hotspots and for the wandering carrier explorer plenty of Tritium.
I have already mined enough to more than top up my carrier plus a few more trinkets for when I get back to civilisation whenever that may be

My apologies for no reports this last 6 days but after the Odyssey launch and and the subsequent Xbox update, I have been unable to log on until today.
I've discovered a lot today and also had some fun in my SRV.
I visited a planet to get some arsenic for FSD booster. There were Water Magna Volcanos on the planet so I decided I would try and drive over one and boost jump at the same time. I ended up barreling upwards to a height of 1.9k. I thought I was stuck in orbit forever but after 15 seconds I hit the surface with a huge thud and a 59% decrease in Hull integrity.
Great fun though

Having to go through Progressive's High Risk Department myself...... My sage advice is .....DON"T ! That Department is one mean, ugly, uncaring Department run by Trolls and really Ugly Witches. :0
