Fleet carrier to capture ship (piracy/bounty hunting)

Well I know I'm new on Elite but I already saw the infinite evolution possibilities offered to the game, and with the coming of the fleet carrier I got an idea.

Why not making them useful for piracy or bounty hunting by capturing ships like in many scifi movies, I know it will be hard to implement to the game but it could be really cool.

The fleet has to disable shields and damage the ship they want to take badly, then a commander can start the capture phase. The commander in the captured ship will be ejected before capture or taken with and then his insurance will pay the ransom (he will have a debt to pay), for the ship it will go the same way as when it's destroyed you will have to buy a new.

But where it becomes interesting it's for the team who captured it, the ship can be sold (for a lower price than the real value) or kept by one of the members who will randomly be choosen if he want to try (like dice of luck in WOW). If the ship captured had a bounty the new commander will have to pay a part of its value if he want to keep it, if sold it will be for a part of the value. Same goes for piracy, but for both choice, the ship will be tracked by the faction from the system it was captured to the whole galaxy, depending on the reputation of the commander who was captured. If the ship gets captured by bounty hunter, if they're from the faction they can choose to give it back winning a prime and lot of reputation by the faction, or sell/keep it again (sold for lower price/ kept for higher than before) but they will lose reputation.
