ANNOUNCEMENT Fleet Carriers Update - Patch 3

They had to rise chances for proper rock instead yield from each rock. Then it would force to fly to new. Instead sitting on egg & respawn it.

What about the Powerplay mess your latest "patch" screwed up? Now the game gives more than 1 CC total depending if you are checking Galpower or Galmap. And when will you show a bit of respect to Powerplayers and do patches on Thursdays or Fridays rather than one day before cycle tick? As we all know, your patches at least 50% of the time (and I am being generous) broke things more than they fix them, it has happened so many times, why not have a bit of consideration to the hundreds of CMDRs who spend a lot of time and hard work just to see Fdev screw it all up (and if this hasn't happened SO many times before I would have been a bit less edgy in my comment)

Please stop punishing Powerplayers, no one can keep supporting a developer while they are being punished for their choices in game by these same developers

Stability Issues
Players may find they are having issues with being disconnected from the game when loading into systems with many Fleet Carriers present. We are aware of this issue and are working towards a solution in a future update.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused by the stability issues and as above, we are working to resolve them as quickly as possible. Thank you for your feedback and understanding!

My problem is that I cannot reliably get into Private Group or stay in Wing even in a system where all there is is one star.

Was hoping to see the mauve adder and taupe cobra errors were being addressed with the next patch. Disappointing that they're not. Really tired of wasting upwards of 30-45 minutes just trying to login to the game. Half the time I give up and just end up playing something else.

Not fixing the burning crash situation preventing many players to enjoy the game, as any system can become a trap (over night) - but spending time on fiddeling around the hotspots (again!) and mining nerfs and fixing some ARX stuff. Unbelievable.
So I'll go play something else - some game in which I can at least load in.

I would agree with you except for one subtle difference. Relogging at Dav's Hope only allows me to modify assets that I currently have purchased. the SLF mining glitch allows me to acquire new assets.
Frontier, I would like to know if this person ever board flipped for missions, it's essentially the same thing. cRediTs SHoULD Be ReMovED aS tHeY CoulD'VE gaineD assETs iN a wAY ThaT i doN'T thInk meSHes WiTH ThE WAY i wANT TO plAy.

Are you going to fix the issue with Megaships in the Delphi system? Thargoid probes + Sensors jamming when hatchbreaking the cargo bays... I have reported this several times in the bug issues before the wise cracks Roll in...

Please stop punishing Powerplayers, no one can keep supporting a developer that has been ignoring and even punishing a big part of their playerbase.

Has nothing to do with "the way I want to play." FDev has clearly stated it is not "working as intended" and they are removing it. Board flipping was always working as intended...and for whatever it's worth, I'm sure I did it but dont really remember it.

So the Tritium donation bug that reproducibly(!) results in a black adder crash to menu won't be fixed by this patch. By now I've learned that also other fragments (not only Tritium) in the hopper trigger this bug. It's also filed in the issue tracker, with video proof.

Now I wonder for how many years I will still have to use my workarounds before this bug finally get fixed or why I should bother with the issue tracker at all in the future...

It's basically this bug: https://issues.frontierstore.net/issue-detail/17637
My former contribution to another report with video proof about the same bug has mysteriously vanished. The whole report is gone.

Disappointed. (n)

Odd...
I came back with a full Hopper and got me the same Black Adder disconnect when I tried to donate Tritium first.
Had to transfer ore into the Carrier Cargo hold to empty the Hopper before I could donate the Tritium into the Fuel Tank without that bug.

So that bug is definitely out there, can confirm that.

Nope... Kerbal Space Programm and Ghost of tsushima - until ED is playable again... Not to mention, that I'll buy no ARX until ED is again in a status, which allows playing, without fear of getting trapped or getting frustrated by a flood of bugs.

How a about a compensation for all the players, who got or will be trapped in crowded systems and can't login into the game they paid for anymore? Maybe a pile of Grade-5-Materials or something like this - or access to the Cobra Mk4?

...and make remote cargo->tank of tritium finally, it's a dumb - get ahead by NS then wait carrier to come 10 more mins >: Just because it needs baby sit.

I can not tell you how much I hope that this happens. Can you imagine the salt? Waking up one morning and your Fleet Carrier is just gone...and it's all your fault because you abused an exploit? ELL OH ELL, CMDR's. o7

That would cause a lot of technical issues, I'd think. What of all the modules and ships that are on those carriers, what happens to them? What about all the commodities stored on them, as well? If it all gets sold, many would have enough to buy two more carriers, so that'd be pointless.

And what of those out in the black with them? What of the DSSA, in the event that at least one of their carriers was obtained with this illegitimate method? What if they lose their carrier AND all their ships stored on it, and end up stuck with their Tritium fueling ship that has like 5ly of jump because all it was good for is tritium fueling, because you can't heckin' do that remotely? Not only would the salt rival the Dead Sea, but I do not doubt it'd also put a lot of unneeded pressure on the Fuel Rats who would have to go and rescue all of them.
