To be fair it was Frontiere that said the game has been feature frozen.

They never said it was "feature frozen".

What they said was:

There will be some significant additions on Saturday for Gamma 1.0, too. The Gamma phase itself will then be about polish, fixes and optimization rather than major new features.

In other words...the focus will be on polish, fixes and optimizations, but that doesn't mean it's "feature frozen".

Just to be fair. ;)
 
Didn't see any mention of the mining exploit where you can log out and back in again to refresh an asteroids resources. Not sure if this has been fixed already or is this planned to be fixed in the future?

Yep - spotted that. It's fixed.

- Randomise the asteroid composition instead of using the deterministic seed to prevent people quitting and reloading repeatedly after finding a good asteroid to get around the chunk limit
 
Bugs
- Compensated for surround down-mixing peculiarity, resulting in unexpected music, ship voice, and voice comms volumes. Please let us know if issues still persist.

Nice ship computer again I hope.
