to

upnpenabled="0"

and try again, and let me know if that works for you.

it does not seem to work. normally it is done within a minute. now it takes way longer.

No effect.

What about the AppNetCfg in "C:\Users\AppData\Local\Frontier Developments\Elite Dangerous" ?
It says "upnp="true"" as well.

also launcher says 53986 but client says 53988, not sure if this means anything.
