This is now the 3rd time today that I have gained a fine after scanning a Wanted ship. This time I did a full scan, and waited for The Kill Warrant Scan to complete, and even finished off a couple other ships while this one was still around. Then went to attack him and I GOT A FINE/BOUNTY. You can't even say that it was an issue with the timing or delay as a few minutes passed. I even have a picture that shows that I got the bounty credit on the wanted kill while being attacked by the NPCs.... You can't even bounty hunt with this new dang C&P stuff.
