Well if you get tired of being stranded, you should file a support ticket for lost items (bug report might not return your ship).

I also hope the devs would make a permanent POI for your SRV wreck after you are rescued. You should leave a little note in the wreck stating that this little SRV saved your life, and whomever finds it should treat it well (just like in "The Martian.")

Good luck continuing to "science the crap" out of your current problem and do the math right. lol Sorry, this is just too much like the "The Martian." I'm waiting for an official dev post "press conference" about them leaving you behind.

How about Landing. Going into SRV.
Have Bomba jump onto the SRV and then drag him into your ship by using your own SRV as a lift ?
If he is stuck into the Ship we might be able to land him somwhere else xD

So if someone holds him on top of their anaconda or corvette and keeps it level as they ascend....what happens to an srv that is on a ship as it enters hyperspace assuming a jump can me made that is directed horizontally and he doesn't tip off?

I assume the game engine unsurprisingly doesn't handle that and he falls off and dies as he falls 2.5km.

Also, this would not be directly related to the docking computer bug currently in 2.1. It is definitely not new behavior for the game to not handle properly landing (or taking off) when near abrupt tall peaks on planetary surfaces. They tend to not "see" them. Been happening forever.

Serious instancing issues, I've had this with 10 cmdrs, but there is only 4 of us here - damn game keeps crashing.

Something screwy is happening with Bomba signal - it's almost like he's not there and the signal won't resolve properly.

Yea seem to get a lot of disconnects when in a WING ...lol and then I scanned the system and used my Detailed Surface scanner on the planet you are on but nothing...still says UNEXPLORED ...so logged of and closed ED.

Bringing everything back up....logging in ...

back in and it is scanning yea....

Well, this is awkward. Being in that canyon with multiple Commanders is resulting in numerous crashes. And since my last crash was while driving my SRV I am now, as the saying goes, down a canyon without an Anaconda. And I don't know whether I dare summon it back.

Bomba Luigi may not be so lonely out here after all.
