Edit : Patch 1.54 did not fix this.
EDIT : ! Issue is confirmed reproducible. Do not run this test. Advisable to disable docking by others for the moment.

Start ED (yeah, Horizon) on your PS4, keep the game running while testing. We refer to this as the main PS4.
Edit : test done in solo mode.
If you have a 2nd PS4 and another account, use the 2nd PS4 to run ED and park your alt account ship to your carrier (I tested this way). Or you may test with other platform running ED as well.
Without a 2nd PS4, invite a friend over the internet and park his/her ship at your carrier. For easy reference, we still refer to this as the 2nd PS4.
Then jump your carrier on the main PS4. When the jump is completed, see if your current ship is inside the carrier or gets ejected out ?
Warning for 2nd PS4 : If the game is also running, after the jump, the ship on the 2nd PS4 may also be ejected out and risks being blown by the carrier (the ship needs to either dock or boost away immediately). Or , the 2nd PS4 game can be turned off after parking for safety.
On the main PS4, the ship will keep on being ejected out at every jump. A PS4 restart will solve this issue. Or perhaps an exit and restart ED will also do - but I did not try.
Need to know if this can be duplicated. Especially curious as it's common for other players to park at fleet carriers often.
