Help to test this : After a fleet carrier jump, you are left outside of the carrier

I've done some longer distance jumps. Good to report back that there is no issue of ship being ejected at all. All with my own ships, no alts.

In the pasts (way before this thread) there may be a few incidents of being ejected during jumps - unsure if those were when someone landed (and stayed) on the FC ?

Will be good to know the test condition of someone else landing on your FC (not your own alts).

Just done my 3rd carrier jump on the way back to the bubble. On the 3rd jump.

CE-108255-1 crash with Corrupted Data.

Also kicked off the carrier...

This issue isn’t new. It has been happening for atleast 6 months now. I have seen many of my Squadron mates get booted out of their FC’s while making a jump.

Odyssey Update 3​

• A fix has been implemented to address crashes encountered during fleet carrier jumps.

But there is no PS4 update, still at Patch 1.54. So, probably server side fix.

Will test asap if the fix is for this issue.

Hopefully, I did note after I had updated my PS5 system software (yesterday's update) and cleaned cache and rebuilt database. Mine seemed ok but, not a scientific test.

I did ask a question on the patch thread. @sallymorganmoore was going to take a look.

I'm happy to report that Odyssey Update 3 fixed this issue.

Tests done with one PS4, then two PS4s - one running alt one running main with both PS4 running at once. Will further jump a few more times with 2 PS4s running to make sure.

One for each - one jump for single PS4 (switching accounts) and one for both PS4s running.

Will further jump 6 more, to test your condition. Will take some time to report back.

Not been playing today but next time I get on I'll have a look.
