Rank Requirements!

Desperate to know what the real rank requirements are for the Cutter and Corvette! :eek:

Keep in mind that you need to be -below- the required rank for it to tell you what it is, so if you're an Admiral/King, that won't help!

Fed/Empire rank progression GUI?

I'll see it in a few hours, but can someone post a screenshot of the Fed/Empire rank progression GUI? (really hope it's part of this release!)

Ha, I'm in the Game, didn't expect that to work right away :)

(let's see for how long, still kinda expecting alot of Server issues in the next hour.... But so far - looking good! )

That is one supermassive changelog. Congratulations and thanks to all of Frontier for making this a reality. :)

While installing "Elite Dangerous 64-bit" I get this error:

"The given key was not present in the dictionary"

Now aside from that...I have the New lovely Horizons launcher! Please A DEVELOPER OR MODERATOR REPLY, NOT A REGULAR USER.


But I never ask probably "silly" questions but I never had so many options in the launcher before (aside from Elite Dangerous 32 bits and Combat Training module).

Now I have:

-Horizons with Install option. (I suppose this is like installing the whole thing again with the expansion included)

-Elite Dangerous 32 bit with Update option. (This updates the game up to 1.5 I believe with the 32 bit executable of course)

-Elite Dangerous 64 bit with Install option. (This will install the whole game again with the 64 bit executable from the get go but only for up to 1.5?)

-Combat Training with Install option. (Never installed and never will, so don't bother)


So, what should I do?:

1-Should I delete Elite Dangerous 32 bit (the version I have installed) and Install Horizons and forget about the other "versions"? If so with a simple YES FROM A DEVELOPER or MODERATOR only I will be glad.

2-Should I upgrade Elite Dangerous 32 bit and Can keep playing with it even if I also install Horizons? (like having 2 versions of the game, if my current GPU can't handle Horizons I can play the "regular" version of the game)

3-Or Do I need to install both, Elite Dangerous 64 bit and Horizons? (and delete the 32 bit version)


Not sure who had the idea of putting all these options in the same launcher.

I go that then realised I was trying to download Elite: Dangerous 64bit and not the Horizons 64bit, all good now albeit very slow, saying 2d (2 days) to complete :mad:

After Last nights update I wake up and see SERVER STATUS : ISSUES DETECTED'


does that mean the game is working or the client is broke ?.

I have the play button on the horizons 2.0 anyone else get this status of server on the launcher ?
