Only had a quick scan but will have a proper read later. Seems okay from what I've seen so far.
I did a quick scan of the thread as well, one thing I've always said is the modules cause issues themselves. As people jump powers to collect them, which in my opinion shouldn't be a thing. If you leave a power, all their tech should stop working immediately. That way people will actually pick a side and support it properly.
