I disagree, I shouldn't have to worry about it to begin with. If you expect to be allowed to play your way, I will be allowed to play mine; which is not needing to metaphorically suck your [redacted] just because you feel like it.

Except you're opting to play a game which has specific modes, one of which is open with pre-existing communities within the parameters and limitations of set gameplay mechanics. So whilst I don't think anybody expects you to actually perform any sex acts, you're in for a bad time if you want to play in open and sulk like an obstinate toddler that the wider community haven't agreed to play by your personal ruleset.
