I have pre-Odyssey decals on my suit that I can't remove

The decals that I put on my flight suit in the Holo Me configurator are still visible on my Odyssey suits. And now I can't take them off, because that config option in Holo Me isn't there anymore in Odyssey. And no, I have no decals selected in the suit config screen for Odyssey.

Am I missing something here? How do I remove these?

Okay. Here we go. See those black stripes on the shoulder? That's the old decal I can't remove.

Me too. And I'm sure a lot of people the same.

EDO still in priority debugging though, I'm sure cosmetics will get their turn.

Yeah, I understand. I couldn't find anything about this on the forums and wanted to make sure Frontier is aware. It's also good for my sanity to know that it isn't just me. :)

Just tried around with decals on my flight suit.
I removed a white decal and got a Black Adder disconnect as a result.
Logged back in and though it showed as removed, there was a black version of the decal on the flight suit. That's kinda weird.

Choosing another decal resulted in another Black Adder, but it was correctly applied when I logged back in.
For the suits it worked fine though. No errors, no glitches or bugs for me. I'm not using those costumes though.

Same, the only solution found so far is to equip a smaller decal for it not to get in the way of aiming/moving when crouched.

Yes, I can confirm. My decals are red so I always get startled when crouching.
And when I sprint with the Intimidator some of the gun’s parts float in the air.

It certainly does have a “very low resources indie studio“ vibe to it :(

Strange thing is, on my alt account it did have the same thing, but after one of the updates it went away. So when I logged into my main and saw it again I thought it was re-introduced. I had to relog back into my alt this afternoon to confirm I still did not have decals there.

sorry for reviving this thread, but has anybody successfully removed the decals?
i can put on something different, but as soon as i remove that, the old one is back.

ofc the solution was to go back to horizons and remove it there:rolleyes:
i hope they wait a long, long time before they merge the two

Hi,

I have the same issue on both shoulders. Some decals won't go away from my suits even though I removed them. They always reappear. Is there any other method than logging into Horizon to remove those?
