Departure for Aucopp DN-Y b6-1 will be late tonight. This should be a return the dust lanes. That said, I will have more announcements coming from this waypoint as we have found some very cool and I believe previously uncatalogued lifeforms.
Are there collections of T Tauri or brown dwarfs all around a specific area.
That's a fantastic find. It is kind of cool exploring these regions and seeing what happened. I will probably be putting together an update on discoveries. The last waypoint had a very interesting mix of newer and older stars. Current waypoint in Aucopp region is on the very fringes of dust clouds and we're actually finding systems where life is just taking hold. If we could get data on when noble gas atmospheres get seeded with lifeforms designed for those places it might prove one or more of the sentient species stays busy distributing genetically engineered life through the galaxy to help drive development of new regions. Realistically, there should not be life on those worlds.

I found a good listing for flame tests but need to print a nice document so we can see if the variant color is linked to specific elements. Once I have a copy, will post it here on the thread. Some of the bio species discovered in the current area -
Bacterium Acies Cobalt
Bacterium Alcyoneum Sage
Bacterium Aurasus Lime
Bacterium Cerbrus Teal
Bacterium Informem Aquamarine
Bacterium Tela Magenta
Cactoida Lapis Mauve
Frutexa Metallicum Teal
Fonticulua Lapida Red
Fungoida Setisis Orange
Tussock Cultro Sage
Stratum Tectonicas Emerald
Stratum Tectonicas Turquoise
Will be jumping /BASE\ close to the Aucopp WG-W b21-2 system later today.
All good.I found a good listing for flame tests but need to print a nice document so we can see if the variant color is linked to specific elements. Once I have a copy, will post it here on the thread.
I will catch up when my PC is back online, both with my carrier and research details - may be a couple of weeks, beginning of August, due to finances for parts and family.[A.O.E.] Dharmachakra will be moving tomorrow evening at nearly midnight game-time to Aucofs PG-S b51-7. We didn't move as normally scheduled because 1) my week has been busy and 2) No Man's Sky. I will try to get back in habit of more routine jump schedule.
Also, I will see here soon about comparing recent biological samples to element composition found on the body to see if that is determinant factor for species variants (usually designated by a color). EDDiscovery should make cross-checks easier. I have to go digging but I recently stumbled across research that was done into species variants by another group of players claiming it was possibly linked to star type & planet type combinations. I haven't read it yet (just something I saw late one evening). I want to see if this may be a better explanation or whether that isn't robust enough. Expect that to be posted to the thread soon so collected samples can be compared to these different ideas on interpreting species variant color codes.
On my way there, research of the surrounding systems will commence in T - 22:08:00 hrs ...Drojau QK-Z c16-15
