Never bothered to use Ansel before, but this game made me 
It's quite powerful, just for the fact that it pauses the game for you.
Upon close inspection in-game models lack a little bit of geometry definition, which is fine in strategy game. On the other hand texture work is just stunning. Considering that most of the time you will be viewing them from quite a distance it's great they've went all the way to detail these beauties so nicely.

That's right. You don't need to download any additional software and just need to press Alt-F2 ingame. The game freezes and you can move your camera freely around to look for the perfect shot.
It's a bit learning-by-doing stuff, but not overly complicated. You might need to set up a folder in which your screens are saved. My screenshots go to a folder that I had setup months ago when I played around with Nvidia Shadowplay

Seriously, I can't get enough of taking pictures in this game. The attention to details is awesome. Couples holding their hands, random people pointing at Dinosaurs...and apparently someone also cloned Scientists
The buildings could need another layer of textures, though. Or did I miss some setting in my options?

this happens to me during certain daytimes , and when during rain it goes even worse like this. (all graphics on highest)
most of the time it looks fine like this
does someone experience this too, and does someone know why this happens?
(Hope the images work, I used the tool tool for it, but they don´t show up in the preview)

The images you try to show are in a dropbox and need a password, this will not work.
Upload them to Imgur or Photobucket or another similar site.
If you think you have a bug, please post in the Bug Reports Forum, make sure to choose the right platform and read the Guidelines before you post.

Here's one of my favorite exhibits. It features Chinese dinosaurs Tsintaosaurus, Gallimimus, and Huayangosaurus...

Spino + Steggo fight on Sorna
and this awesome Metriacanthosaurus shot I managed to snag, upped the color and vibrancy to allow the skin colors to stick out more as well as sharpening the image to show more details like scales/skin, game feels too muted with it's colors it's like they washed it out or something. Looking forward to seeing some reShade or sweetFX in the future to make the game really pop out.

Weird. I think it worked at first and I didn't do anything differently. The older screenshost are still working for me. The BBCode seems to be correct and points at the right url over at imgur. I double-checked at imgur, the pics are still there. Forum hiccups maybe?
Edit: Okay, I think I've fixed it now. I'm still not sure what it was, but I could copy&paste the BBcode directly from Imgur and it's showing the pics again (I usually post the "Direct Link" via the Insert Image button here in the forms). I only had to re-upload the Stegosaurus one.
