JWE3 Species and Ideas wishlist

No, I don't like that idea. The species that actually exist are much more interesting. It would be a waste of money and resources. We already have hybrids, no more of them are needed. Why hybrids if we can have addition of real species that have never been in the games?
I never said that everyone likes hybrids, I never said such thing. This feature is for people who like hybrids.

I know. That's just my feedback. The point is... We already have hybrids, why more when there are so many interesting dinosaur species in the world? I understand what you meant, but I don't particularly support that idea. Imagine the difficulty of mixing all the available species. I believe that such reinforcement should be used in real species and new mechanics such as breeding, better hunting, better fighting, better guest A.I

A hybrid maker wouldn't work in a game like this due to the artstyle of JWE series. The reason why LEGO Jurassic World was able to do it was the artstyle of the game was simplified and low-polyed. A hybrid maker wouldn't translate well to a high-poly model.

It would be much to difficult to make hybrids using every species in the game. You have to take in account every different option at time of launch, and future species introduced. I'm not a fan of hybrids, but if there were a fixed number, it would be possible. It would have to be an even number, the most realistic number could be ten. And just make them the legacy dinosaurs. Other than that, I think hybrids are kind of contentious to say the least. Could it work? Maybe. Could something like that add to the replayablity of the game, well that depends on the player. It would be different, but in a park management game would it really fit? All in all, its subjective. I know a percentage of the players would like hybrids or being able to make them. Me personally, I like to stick to the real animals, or as real as Frontier can make them.

“Breeding would be a huge job for Frontier” Yes, i agree with her, but they can reuse the models already made in JWE2, (the dinosaur models would be the same as in the previous game and not all species have specific variants) with this in mind, they can perfectly implement babies and breeding in the third game, in fact, this feature is the change I want most in JWE3. How the dino growth works that will make the difference, as it involves heavy programming.

(Creating 3D models it´s not easy but is less difficult than programming. Programming AI for dinosaurs is certainly more complicated. Not to detract from the 3D art workers, their work is essential and I appreciate Frontier's models, but AI is much more complex than 3D modeling)

The models themselves are the less difficult, they can make edits to existing models too, that would help a lot. Is it simple? Certainly not, is it possible? Definitely, see what was done in Planet Zoo
When it comes to breeding I would not have it for every species. The breeding does not even have to be a part of it. It could be just baby models for a selected number of species. I would just aim for the ones onscreen throughout the history of Jurassic Park/Jurassic World.

Stegosaurus (Lost World)
T-rex (Lost World)
Velociraptor (Dominion)
Triceratops (Jurassic World)
Apatosaurus (Jurassic World)
Gallimimus (Jurassic World)
Nasutoceratops (Battle at Big Rock)
Bumpy baby model (Camp Cretaceous)
Spinoceratops baby model (Camp Cretaceous)

Guest and staff improvement ideas

The guests and staff act very much like ants, they just appear once buildings and attractions are built. Having some animations added to the people would go a long way to make the parks feel more real.

People actually using the benches and tables in decorations

Maybe have some guests use theme park t shirts or hold on to food or souvenirs.

The staff should be the only ones using facility paths.

Even if they must be decorations, have souvenir and food/beverage stands. My original idea was to make them add to your shopping, food, or drink needs for the guests.

That's a cool idea! I also hope that Petting Zoos and super-docile genes for various species get added as well, so that the guests could have positive interactions with the dinosaurs, pterosaurs, and other species that aren't fully aquatic (petting, cuddling, etc). I would personally want paleo-accurate species like Sinosauropteryx, Jeholopterus (if pterosaurs could be released in non-aviary hatcheries in sandbox mode), etc. 😊

If the Spinosaurus is in the next movie, what would it look like in the next game? Since the scenes that we know about involve water, would the Spinosaurus look closer to modern interpretations of it?

Would it be able to use the rock platform? And would a lagoon exist, not just for marine, but for river dwelling animals? Meaning water color and depth could be changed to create a different type of environment, closer to a fresh water tank. Maybe have different types of rock platforms, maybe darker looking rocks, like tropical rocks. Or even have ones covered with some sort of soil or mud to represent another type of environment

A way to adjust the heights of aviaries. The standard aviary in JWE2 seems too cramped for Azhdarchids. If there was a way to adjust the height of the aviary, that could help.
Another idea, if that does not work, make a way to create canyons inside the aviaries. If the heights of the cages can not go beyond a certain height, make a way to manipulate the depth of the ground inside of the enclosure. Also bring back the rock structure from the JWE aviary.

Two of the kiddy games I had played when I was younger - Dinosaur Adventure 3-D and Magic School Bus: Exploring the Age of Dinosaurs - depicted Spinosaurus as a carnivorous theropod with a sail. I am referring to having jaws of a typical theropod.

The way Land Before Time franchise depicted Spinosaurus is similar to the film Jurassic Park III.

ARK franchise depicted the Spinosaurus as a quadrupedal theropod.

The "Big 8 Dinosaur Revelation" exhibit in Hong Kong's Science Museum in 2023 displayed the Spinosaurus as the one in 2020.

Though I accepted the appearance and posture of Spinosaurus in Jurassic Park III; Planet Dinosaur, ARK, and Jurassic World: Evolution games change the way I see the Spinosaurus' behavior. Since the film, Jurassic Park III: The DNA Factor, and Jurassic Park: Operation Genesis, I viewed it as an atrocious predator. Nowadays, I see Spinosaurus as a territorial fish-eater that live in water's edge. Unlike Suchomimus and Baryonyx, Spinosaurus is included as one of the dangerous dinosaurs species.

I imagine that, if there is an accurate Spino in Rebirth, then there will be that variant in-game.

I really hope that up to 50% of the species will have paleo-accurate variants and thus have 2 variants with the base variant (as well as the Frontier's base designs and their film counterparts, as in the case of the Giganotosaurus for example, making them have three variants) with new animations (movement, hunting, social, etc), sizes, appearances, etc. Imagine how the film-accurate and paleo-accurate species would interact with each other (for example, Velociraptor), maybe some now social animations would be implemented for this new feature. This would give an option for players to have much more accurate version of the dinosaurs, pterosaurs, lagoon species, etc, and would give Prehistoric Kingdom a run for its money, and hopefully would make this third game more popular. Here's some more images for references of possible paleo-accurate variants for the third game. Yes, these images also belong to their rightful owners.
