The sheer amount of fighting this beta generated just between people having complaints and others arguing it was only a beta made for a very interesting weekend. When it came down for it to me, the developers said that they wanted people to really test out the coaster builder, but then left a lot of content active that didn't need to be there. Of course people were going to try these features out and they were very disappointed by them. Without that little glimpse behind the curtain, the amount of hate against the game would be less. People would be making the same arguments/complaints about the spline editor needing to be a hybrid, the wooden coaster being broken, and supports being in the way every second of the game, but they probably wouldn't be calling for pitchforks. Now, don't get me wrong, I am not purposing to wait and see or that I have a lot of faith in the game that will be released at the end of December, but I probably wouldn't know that yet [happy].
