General / Off-Topic Let's talk about what's really important....pineapple on pizza

Yes, though I don't often eat it myself. I'm more of a chilli, chilli and more chilli girl, on a traditional Italian base, barely thicker than a cracker, topped with sun dried tomatoes and mozzarella. Oh and a bit more chilli... perhaps some olives, meat or pineapple to go with.

What I am really AGAINST are the crimes against cooking that are mushrooms and anchovys.

NOW you're talking.
I do love a Hawiian, and that earlier picture made me salivate. But now we're on the trail of chilli. All hail the Komodo Dragon Chilli (I grow my own).

As do I, in my conservatory. Also cayenne but that's hardly worth a mention.

Coconut needs a health warning. I've ended up incapacitated several times because most medical types refuse to believe it's an allergen.
At least nature has provided a safety mechanism. Those things are practically impossible to open, without weeks of practice.

Sure, but that doesn't help when people add coconut or coconut milk into otherwise innocent foods, and don't legally have to highlight it because it doesn't affect many people.

Somebody had to post this gold:

Actually, with age I became tolerant of pineapple pizza recipes, same with olives, I hated olives for the most part of my life. Maybe that's because I'm getting old and mixing tastes is just a new part of the experience. Also I'm thinking about getting a propane pizza oven after reading this review insert King of the Hill joke here.

True. I guess coconut milk/oil is added everywhere now even in household chemicals...

If you do get a propane pizza oven, go for the Ooni Koda. This thing is absolutely insane. Mine gets to 950F in under 20 minutes and pizzas take under 2 minutes. Really great if you have people over. You can also do a lot more with it than just pizza, check out that gif on this Ooni Koda review that shows a steak being cooked in the inferno!
