I don't find this to be true at all. I interact with plenty of "griefers" and probably qualify as one by the looser elite dangerous definition of the word.
Most would love to see Ed git dud even at just escaping. Not to mention him actually gitting gud at pvp and handing out some rebuy screens to other players.
The cmdr in the corvette from my clip has posted on reddit congratulating ed on getting better.
I was talking about twitch policy which has nothing to do with frontier policy and only apply to your own stream and not what you are doing to a streamer.
This is not considered harassment by frontier. It can be under certain circumstances :
In addition taking action such as seeking out and targeting specific players purely for the purpose of being disruptive, to cause offence, or to upset players within the community can also be considered harassment. A perfect example of this is deliberately attempting to disrupt public livestreams such as the charity ones mentioned before. This includes, but is not limited to, the capturing of footage and releasing it publically in an attempt to create upset or gain notoriety through the actions listed above.
For sure FDev have to work on this.
They want to promote a multiplayer game, not honk scoop game. Besides, open is the official mode of the game.
That's because I did have an agenda, and if only you had read my subsequent posts before responding...![]()
All modes are the 'official' mode.
This game is being promotted as an open world MULTIPLAYER game. Only OPEN mode answers this description.

I've updated the OP for clarity with the following:-
"EDIT: I just want to make it clear, as others have said here. This is about a small group of 'players' that specifically target the live stream to disrupt it. It has nothing to do with Open play ganking such as Community goal ganking.
It's not exactly difficult for a person to target a streamer with a loadout and ship placed in game with full knowledge of where the victim is, what they are flying, what they are trying to achieve. For this reason I feel streams would work better in a private group to ensure the game is represented fairly. Rather than this is what happens when you are targeted by players when you are streaming."
No. There are groups as I've mentioned(Delta Squadron) who go out of there way to try and protect Ed.
There is a time and place for private but lets not get all kill joy and take all the fun away from Eds streams.

I want to see variety in the streams - of all aspects of play, (including PVP, the above and more), rather than just the usual suspects shooting Ed and boating about it, it's boring. This community is made up of more than just people who laugh at the same tedious stream sniping time and time again.

He should git gud at the game he is promoting, maybe grind a bit and engineer his ship.
Its a cut throat galaxy after all.
