This is also what my game looks like 80% of the time. None of the quick fixes have helped. GTX 1060, AMD Threadripper 1900x 8-core processor, and 16GB of RAM.

yes i delete all Graficfiles on the instrucktions of the patchnote and noting works but i say is my Mobil Gaming Unit there have the Problems not my Main unit for playing

On the Laucher is all okay but if i go playing the Lods broken mesh to and some texures missing.
but the Sidewinder is the Next problem i have no sidewinder btw lol

No mate, one thing is when you get low fps at 4k res if you don't have a monster rig. Another thing is when this full price BETA won't load textures properly even if drop res to 640x480
That happens right after the training mission. If you login with your own character the correct ship willbe loaded. Also after the right ship will be displayed here.
If you do the training mission - I recommend that you drop to desktop and reload.
The training mission is bugged when it comes to resources. I think there is a memory leak or something, but they appear not to unload the resources.

I noticed I get a pic of the sidewinder at the front screen whenever I'm on foot.
This improved my FPS quite significant, but didn't solve problem with low-poly models and textures.
these graphical issues stem plain and simple from the new planetary, shader and light tech introduced by Odyssey. There's quite a big difference in performance between Horizon and Odyssey and the worst thing really is, at the moment, the planetary tech in Horizon functions much better and looks nicer and runs in a much higher frame rate even when set to the highest graphical settings. Odyssey struggles even when set with the lowest settings and lower resolutions.
I just ran a small test. In the system I had left my Odyssey game, I got frame rates ranging from 60fps (in space) to 20fps (on a planet) to around 30fps (in station). In Horizon I get steady 60fps during space flight, landing on a planet and docking on a spaceport and planet base. Odyssey, as it is now, is in a dire need of very heavy optimization.

Having the eact same texture issues right now myself, this expansion came out WAAAAAY before it was even remotely close to being ready, i spent 2 hours trying to figure out why i coudlnt connect to frontier servers to play, turns out the netowrk defaulted to hamachi for some reason instead of the nromal ethernet, worked after i changed that but never should have happened in the first place, but the texture stuff i cant fix at all right now no matter what i do.
i dont have this , prooly on youre low end pc and their servers together can't work together . And yes , u have low end pc last decade .
For people saying it's a VRAM issue, while it is true that 3GB is now the minimum (ugh..), the game doesn't even use the 2GB I have when I play with low settings and resolution. Currently sitting at 1.4GB used after switching back to high textures and 1920*1080 (and still low LOD), which isn't right.
