Making Your Finale Pack

Since it's probably a larger pack, I'll assume it will be the size of an animal pack but with scenery. Perhaps something like an Ultimate Zoo DLC, with common zoo animals and some basic scenery.
  1. Great White Pelican
  2. Hamadryas Baboon
  3. South-American Coati
  4. Patagonian Mara
  5. Mantled Guereza
  6. African Pygmy Goat
  7. Grey Crowned Crane
  8. Reticulated Python (E)
For zoo items, I'd love to see modern tile walls, horizontal rustic wood walls, stable items, and perhaps modular rock walls, like the ones that you'd see in a reptile house.

For foliage, I'd love to see traveller's trees and bird-of-paradise flowers.
If this pack was a person, I would marry them. Including the rock wall especially.

Why 13? Why not 14 or 15?

I'm making a list with 15 anyway:
1 Walrus. Largest missing "ABZ zoo animal"
2 Muskox. Iconic Arctic animal.
3 Sea Otter. Iconic marine mammal.
4 South American Coati. Top meta wishlist SA animal.
5 Greater Rhea. Only missing ratite.
6 Patagonian Mara. Missing Patagonian representation.
7 Black Howler Monkey. At least 1 more New World Monkey.
8 Goodfellow's Tree Kangaroo. I refuse the game ends with a quokka and not with a tree kangaroo.
9 Secretary Bird. Big missing African bird.
10 Hamadryas Baboon. Game still missing baboons.
11 Great White Pelican. Pelicans
12 Mountain Hare. Rabbits.
13 Pallas Cat. Meme animal.
14 Reeve's muntjac/Markhor. I would love either, but I feel the muntjac offers more versatility as we still don't have a small ungulate.
15 Spectacled Cobra

This is basically perfect. Only missing a duck.

Yeah, the other option for the mountain hare would be a mallard but I feel the pack has enough birds lol, also we can sorta do ducks now thanks to the cygnets so I'm not as concerned as I was before no swan.

I wanted to edit the python to the homalayan monal since it may suited for a pack like that. But thank you. Yes colours of the world or may a song of the world pack would be a nice to bring birds in althught I wouldn't include only birds.
I love the idea of the Colors of the World pack! So amazing! But such a pack would need a chameleon, no? It's the ultimate animal associated with being colorful :)

Great White Pelican
Hamadryas Baboon
South-American Coati
Walrus
Mantled Guereza
Squirrel Monkey
Grey Crowned Crane
Any small birds like budgees etc. (WE) (just give the modders a good rig now)

I still want a Raccoon Dog, Eurasian Brown Bear and American Black Bear. And a better sloth. Yes, they can all be modded, but while I do respect and appreciate the work of modders, for now, they are in my opinion often not quite there yet with animal quality, compared to newer Frontier Models.

5. D'Albertis python
6. Painted terrapin
7. Radiated tortoise
8.Hummingbird walkthrought exhibit (with 3 hummingbird species).
9. Himalayan monal
10. Rainbow snake
11. Red-shanked douc

I would like an Americas pack to complete the theme they started. Any other theme would be dull (petting zoos) for a final pack or still fail to achieve all my desires (global pack).

  1. Golden lion tamarin
  2. Brown pelican
  3. Bush dog
  4. Greater rhea
  5. Muskox
  6. North American porcupine
  7. Patagonian Mara
  8. Sea otter
  9. South American coati
  10. Southern pudú
  11. Wild turkey
  12. Blue poison arrow frog / Mountain chicken (Exhibit)
If there are additional animals after that:
  1. Andean flamingo
  2. Black howler
  3. Muscovy duck
  4. South American fur seal
  5. Spectacled bear
  6. White-faced saki
  7. White-tailed deer
  8. Utila spiny-tailed iguana (exhibit)
Willing to see tufted capuchin replace saki if it’s not possible to replicate its jumps.
Same for the walrus with fur seal (but for sales).

I think the Americas are nicely filled with this pack

I hope we get more than this: but here would be another take on the last pack. I’ll be giving various versions though. I really don’t know which way anything will go. TBH I have a bad feeling it may be like 8 animals and scenery, at best it may be like the Grasslands pack with multiple exhibit animals. So I’ll try to give what I think is the most realistic packs for the final dlc.

New world Pack
  1. Howler Monkey
  2. Squirrel monkey/ Golden lion tamarin
  3. Coati (any species)
  4. Rhea
  5. Patagonian mara
  6. Spectacled bear
  7. American flamingo
  8. Exhibit: macaws (Scarlet, Hyacinth, Blue and Gold) assuming they will actually finally go for it. If not two toed sloth in WTE or maybe something like the mata Mata turtle or blue poison dart frog
  9. For pieces they are Latin American themed
Or maybe we could get a world wide pack

Global Pack
  1. Hamadryas Baboon
  2. Secretary bird
  3. Grey crowned crane
  4. Coati
  5. Black Howler Monkey
  6. Tree Kangaroo
  7. Musk Ox
  8. WTE: maybe budgies or birds, probably cobra as an exhibit animal
  9. Pieces would be more generic zoo pieces, always useful tbh
TBH I’m slightly hopeful we may get more than 8 animals a pack, but I understand Frontier is short staffed so it’s probably gonna be the typical 8.

I think both those packs are good ideas. If it's a last pack and not a finale type of pack, making it about the New World with a focus on South America is a good idea. The Global make is an excellent roster for a finale pack, though of course I imagine many of us would feel like we needed more South AMerican species.

Still, the Global pack gives us 5 of the 6 long standing highly requested holdouts (which I've bolded), with only the Walrus not making it in. The New World pack only gives us1, which is actually how much of my ideas for a Latin America pack would be anyways.

Yeah that’s the issue, do we flesh out the region that needs it the most? Or do we finish out the meta wishlist as much as we can?

Personally I have no stake in the meta wishlist, so I would rather have a Latin America pack. Though I understand why many more people would rather have something more worldwide.

If we truly have only one more pack (the whole point of this thread, ha), I think I'd go with the Latin America pack as well. I'd miss not getting things like the Secretary Bird or Tree Kangaroo, but ultimately I'd rather see PZ close it out with the region that needs it most. Africa is already well represented and Oceania is at the point it's adequately represented.

I mean, I think my core wants are in striking distance now....

1 - Golden Lion Tamarin
2 - Yak (either Wild or Domestic)
3 - a Giant Salamander species
4 - Golden Pheasant
5 - Lady Amherst's Pheasant
6 - Coati sp.
7 - Sea Otter
8 - Markhor
9 - Mandarin Duck
10 - Howler Monkey sp.

11/12 - Flying Exhibit: Scarlet Macaw + Blue and Gold Macaw
13 - Flying Exhibit: Snowy Owl

I mean, there are certainly others I'd appreciate, but I think that'd capture all the main points?

I could deal with only getting 12 more animals, and here would be my choices:

1. Pacific Walrus
2. Muskox
3. Blackbuck
4. Gelada
5. Black and Gold Howler
6. White Nosed Coati
7. African Dwarf Goat
8. Scottish Highland Cattle
9. Eurasian Brown Bear
10. Sumatran Tiger
11. Asiatic Lion
12. Rainbow Lorikeet (WE)

That’s eight unique habitat animals, three clone ‘alternate’ animals, and one very standalone WE bird. This is my personal want list, and I would be very happy to round out the roster with these twelve!

If that is the end pack, I would not even buy it, this disrespect for the markhor and secretary bird needs to stop
