Dunno what i have done to my Adder but i just cant get the damn thing to scan ANYTHING!Still,not much more creds to go till i swap it for a Diamondback Explorer!

I'm still not sure if I want to go for a DBX or an ASPX. I like the look of the DBX but the ASP has more going for it

DBX is a lot cheaper, get that first and if you like it great, otherwise it's a good stepping stone to the AspX.

Really, get the Asp it's one of the best ships in the game! :)

Looks like the Asellus Primus CG has finished, reaching the top tier. Nice little 21.5MCR payout for those of us in the top 25% :)

Might be worth nipping in to at least one of the others if they're still running tonight, even minimum effort should net a few more Mil...

was undecided what to do, so i decided to do some solo recon around merope. not sure what i will find but should be a good couple of days, alone with my thoughts

I had this problem briefly today. Not sure what the problem was. I have just bought a DBX and kitted it out for exploring so I am not sure whether it was my lack of experience or the fact I had not managed the power well. I have since been out all day though and scanned a LOT. It's all working now. Will report in later with my tally...

I tried a simple character shift, but that gave more gibberish. It must be a more complex cipher (but not too complex). This site might help. This seems like the very thing your group was made for. Keep me posted!

ps - if you solve it, please tell me how.

Old Duck. Thats a very interesting code. But sadly if you want the code cracked we'll need more data. 15 data points of only 10 variables is not enough to do any significant statistically analysis. Message me the source and the raw data please.

If I give you the location of the beacon broadcasting this code, would you or another MSR member be interested in traveling there and grabbing the entire message yourself? It's probably an "old" beacon, in that I'm sure someone on the PC side has already decoded this, but I'd rather let people who really enjoy this kind of thing work it out for themselves instead of looking up the answer - that feels like "cheating".

Anyway, if any MSR member wants to visit this "unregistered" beacon, let me know and I can PM you the system and the planet where I found it. All I ask in return is that you give me the decrypted message once you have it.
