Literally all you do is take cheap shots at other people to the benefit of no-one. I'd say pointing out Zoopedia errors and inaccuracies in other aspects is more valuable than that.
@Ron Python unfortunately as others have said occasionally a save file can become corrupted. This isn't unique to
Planet Zoo and occurs with plenty of games. I don't know how to fix it, but to find your save file to send to Frontier click the Windows Search button (on Windows 11 this is the magnifying glass next to the Windows button, on Windows 10 I believe there is a search box on the taskbar), search "Frontier Developments" and then click on it. This will take you to two folders, one with "Planet Zoo" and the other with "Planet Coaster". Inside the Planet Zoo folder is another folder with a string of numbers, and inside that folder is a folder labelled "Saves". In that folder you'll find your save game, which you can attach to an email to send to Frontier.
They might not be able to help you either. If all that is too difficult for you it's best just to play a different zoo.
