New games in 2020. you are looking forward to!

Not that I doubt whether CDProject Red will deliver a fun and playable product when the game finally launches, but you honestly have to wonder about that 20 minute gameplay demo from over two E3's ago. There is no way that was actually gameplay and in all reality was a tech demo whipped up just to test the water. Has there even been any real gameplay demo's since then? If so, I haven't seen them. And if that's true, then we don't really know as much about this game as the hype would suggest. Don't get me wrong, I'm no hater and really want a good game here, it's just that I'm mystified where the hype is coming from in the absence of real solid news.

I can only speak for myself of course. I have very high hopes for this game, but I'm keeping the actual "hype" in check, because like you said, we know next to nothing about it. The reason why I have high hopes for this game is not any teasers, trailers, Keany Reeves appearances etc, but 100% based only on their past products, namely Witcher 2 and 3, both which I loved, and CDPR's proven history of loving their own products, their attention for detail, and their detailed world and character building, their historic strive for making more than "just another game".

Anyway I'm not expecting the Holy Grail, "just" another great game world with great characters and stories. There will certainly be the day where CDPR will disappoint me, but so far that day hasn't come :) I'm hoping will won't come this time either.

I'm gonna spend my time waiting for a carrier playing RDR2. Just found out from a reliable source that it can be played without any issues except the normal one that happen from time to time with an Xbox controller. Whoopy!

I can just see Mick the courier turning up at my farm with a PS4 in a box...to sit alongside my Xbox one x and fancy schmancy PC...my wife would roll her eyes and be on the phone to the Land Rover dealer for a new shiny one before I even removed the selotape

Let her, and use that to justify the Switch that lands the following week. :D

And what if someone gifted you the console? You can order some champagne and make bubble party with the wife. Comes out cheaper than Land Rover dealerships.

And I thought my fellow Poles from PlayWay went out of ideas...

Behold!

:LOL::ROFLMAO:

Playway is just a publisher, that isnt their idea per se.

I have a feeling its the same circle of folks making most of this games and working closely with PW. 99% of their games looks, feels the same and uses exactly same assets and mechanics. Not that there is anything very wrong with it no, I`m actually playing some of these games and as simple as they are, you can have lots of quick fun with them.

In rough order of eager anticipation:

System Shock 3
Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020
NMS updates
Cyberpunk 2077
System Shock 3
Kingdons and Castles updates
System Shock 3
Elite Q4 update
System Shock 3
and finally, System Shock 3

I played the first game and loved it. Actually I replayed it 3 or 4 times. Maybe I'll do it again.
If you enjoy fighting zombies along with a fantastic emotional storyline that draws you in big time, try it.
Set to be released May 29. Only available on PS4. Single player only.

Mount and Blade: Bannerlord. My most anticipated game every year since 2012 :)
Interested to see how Dwarf Fortress Steam Edition will look like.
Oh, and Cyberpunk 2077 obviously, that will need to fend off for AAA industry to save face of it after laughably abysmal 2019.
