The taxi booth has locations to visit, Diso and others, and arrows to pads? I suspect none of this is really Odyssey related though.
The security room seems to be overlooking a mining operation of sorts. Wonder if there's anything to those screens or if they're just concept art "fluff"

Why is nobody standing on chairs?

The Sphere of Combat
This is an empty threat. The ratio of people who buy this new update (and ED in general) because it's cool to those who don't if there is no VR support will nicely line Frontier's pockets with $$$, and they know it. If VR was "all that", then we'd have a VR version of Planet Zoo, JWE, etc.well without vr.... skippedidoodah
I missed this! Good catch. Any word if non-Odyssey content will continue to support VR?From the devs:
Is Elite Dangerous: Odyssey coming to VR?
Currently, Elite Dangerous: Odyssey will not be VR-compatible at launch. We’re big fans of VR and we are truly proud of the amazing experience that we currently offer in Elite Dangerous. However, the new gameplay, mechanics and features that will be introduced with Elite Dangerous: Odyssey means that we had to re-examine if we could deliver that same experience without compromise, which, for launch, means Odyssey will not be VR-compatible.
Yep, Tim added later that the base game and Horizons still support VR.I missed this! Good catch. Any word if non-Odyssey content will continue to support VR?
