Their saving grace will be that two will be facing each other, and the third will be facing backwards. The first large ship with 3 huge hardpoints, in line with FD's new policy of power creep.
3 huge on a Vulture mk 2...I'd be happy with 3 large thoughThe first large ship with 3 huge hardpoints, in line with FD's new policy of power creep.
A large explorer, not a multi-role like the Anaconda.
Like the drive breaker limpet idea!A dedicated pirate ship, with dedicated slots for:
- smuggling cargo: it's like a hidden/shielded cargo, space that cannot be scanned by authority vessels
- grappling hooks: each one slow down the target ship by a certain amout; if the difference in size is big enough, the target ship will stop completely
- super-cruise inhibitor: yes I know that missiles exist, but this module would be like a bubble, as long as it's active, no ship can enter supercruise, including the ship that activated it
- drive breaker limpet controller: like a hatch breaker. There's no reason pirates wouldn't want to develop a specialised limpet that targets drives (we have limpets for everything after all)
Well, you asked![]()
We already have guardian tech and some fighters, Thargoid stuff would be interesting.Ship built with guardian hybrid tech.
So we possibly have 2 more ships this year if all goes to plan, what are we missing? what's next?
