No 3D graphics adapter is available error....NEED HELP PLS!!!!

Just bought this game and apparently have the necessary specs to run it. I have a GTX 750 ti and intel i5 and other people with the same specs can run the game.
Ive tried multiple work arounds such as the screen resolution switch, uninstalling and reinstalling drivers and reinstalling the game. Nothing works. I hope I didn't waste my money because I really want to start playing this game.

Maybe if you open the Nvidia Control Panel, under "Surround & Physx". There is an option Physx, that allows to select which graphics adapter programs use. Maybe it is set on CPU instead of GTX 750 ti.

*note: I'm not exactly sure what the option does. but maybe it is the problem?

Hey bud. I’ve tried this and still encounter the same error. When I go to check under the selections tho only my GTX pops up and not the gpu.

Well, it was worth the try.

In the windows control panel, is the card listed under the hardware?
