you obviously do because otherwise you wouldn't go around crying "blablblabla is griefing to me!" even though it doesn't fall under any reasonable definition of griefing. killing thrusters or hull in a conflict zone is essentially the same thing for the player on the receiving end: he will have his ship destroyed and will have to pay insurance. the only difference is that (other than being much faster to do because FDev have no idea how to balance their game) by killing thrusters you have time to send a message to the other player before he self destructs, and i guess it could be construed as a slight insult vs the other player depending on context. but in no way can this be called "griefing" unless you want to change the meaning of the word to suit your illogical arguments
and need i call you on your hypocrisy? first you call out Catnip for "why do you assume XY" and then a few posts down the line you go all "if you do this and that i'm going to assume YZ"
So you can tell me who decides the official definition of griefing? Explain to me who? Is it you?
It was griefing in my opinion, if you don't agree with me that's fine. But you come on the forums to tell me if I have a different opinion what it is I'm "telling everyone how to play" and "crying". Show me where I told anyone how to play. You can all play the video game anyway you like.
And you want to talk about my hypocrisy? I asked catnip why he assumed something. I never said he can't assume, I asked him how.
Then I went and explained the assumption I made and how I came to it. I explained my reasoning. Something that's lost on you.
You're just anyone of these guys who thinks anyone who has a different opinion to you is out of line and shouldn't be posting it. I'll post how I like and I'll argue if I disagree.
