To follow up to my earlier response .....



I've received said email telling me about one of my two orders .... surprise surprise it's out of stock oh and here's a link to contact support should I want a refund .... well what a class A job you've done there with that email - the link takes me to a 404 page not found! Professional!

Ha ha just checked the link on my email and it does the same, looks like the guys need to take a page out of Star Citizens book when it comes to customer service and physical orders.

edit 24th dec: finally received refund for returned x52 pro joystick - minus paypal fees and five weeks after it was returned. Good luck everyone

Amazingly the postie delivered my order today still no communication from FD.

Please do not order anything from the store, I ordered two hoodies and two badges at the start of November £90.00, money was taken from bank straight away I have heard nothing since no email nothing. 1st email to support was ignored still had no reply, raised a ticket, still has a status of new. This has really psd me off, robbing Cnts. I know swearing and being abusive is a childish thing to do but I'm so angry and all means of support available to me have been ignored. WHAT CAN I DO? just accept that I have been robbed?

If you used a credit card, call the bank
 
Any Chance if the game will go on sale for Christmas since the game is still standalone or maybe the end of the year sale for "new years"?

I finally received the t-shirt I ordered back in November in the post yesterday. Not a word to say it had been dispatched, or an apology for the delay or lack of response to tickets etc. I won't be ordering anything else from the store in the future.

The Distance Selling Regulations say that goods must be delivered within the time frame you agree with the seller.
If no time frame is agreed, the seller has 30 days from the day after they receive your order to deliver your goods.

The ED store states 2-3 days for UK deliveries

As nice as the logo'd T-shirts are, is there any plans to do a similar run of Polo shirts? Just curious as some of us are getting a little too old for Tee's :)
 
What's the chance of scale models of all the ships at some point!? I'd buy one or some.. Get a deal going with Airfix and get model kits going too whilst your at it! ;)

Still heard nothing, no status change on the ticket, useless. I've even stopped playing the game, I'm very angry about this treatment of customers, I played in 1984 and have played since the first beta, and now I'm just annoyed with the whole company.

I'm still waiting for my T-shirt, which was ordered on the 13 Nov. The order is still in the "Processing" state. Despite several tickets on their sales website Frontier sales support seem utterly clueless as to what to do to resolve the problem. They even closed all my open tickets on the support site and moved to a new site. Presumably they hoped that the open issues which they had failed to deal with would melt away and they could ignore them.
