Ships Passenger missions build help?

Going to do some passenger missions, because if I do any more engineering I'll delete my CMDR and quit the game. I've enjoyed passenger missions without engineering before, and now I even have the FSD engineering already done for all saud kruger ships.

Not sure if I should take the Beluga or the Orca, both seem nice. I'm going to do VIP sightseeing/transport. When I did it last time, I always found passengers that would plot into a really nice loop route, so I'll probably go with that again.
Current idea: Build

What do you think of the build?

I know it would be better with engineering and fsd booster, but I will absolutely not do this now.

Edit: accidentally deleted the fuel scoop, fixed it now

For me it's a death trap :)

I don't mean to disparage your work, and hey if it's fun to fly, and gets the job done then who cares what I say?

But for me, and only for me, it's just too slow and the shields won't protect it. If you are interdicted with any cargo on board you just can't get away in this ship. It will force you to win the mini-game every time, which in itself isn't that hard (but I have never done it in a Beluga!). If you don't carry cargo, then maybe it will work out OK. But some passengers have ships sent after them, and you will run in to these enemies sooner or later.

For this reason I don't use a Beluga. Maybe a Beluga driver would be better to listen to.

I've done a hell of a lot of passenger missions, but I choose to use an Orca. It's fast and runs very cool, so can slip away easily (it's engineered). Works great for smuggling, sightseeing, and rescue (runs at 14% heat). Of course it cannot bulk-haul like the Beluga can. But for sightseeing you won't need all of those cabins. And if you configure your ship for each specific mission you take, you can shed the unused cabins to gain some speed and jump. That's what I do. I go to the passenger lounge with all cabins installed. Take my mission(s) and then remove the unused cabins to maximize jump and speed.

First, my Orca

And my idea of an unengineered Orca (since you said engineering is out at this time)

It's much faster with a little better shields. But honestly I'd be concerned flying this ship with danger afoot. Maybe some chaff would be good. Empty optionals can take your add-a-cabins for individual mission requirements. Speed is life, especially in an unarmed ship. Saud Kruger ships are the finest in the galaxy. Good luck!

Thank you for the suggestions. I will probably use them if I return.

In the meantime I have already quit the game. Was already frustrated from the rubbish engineering grind, then the game throws the CP system at me and wants me to pay millions to recover an engineered FSD even though I paid off the bounty (stored module). I'm not doing this **** any longer.

Fly safe CMDRs.
