I have seen now the Sand Cat on a bigger screen than my smartphone and I must say it looks not that bad in my opinion. Surely not a Binturong or even worse Malaysian Tapir Situation. The photoshopped Screenshot honestly would be a too stylized Sand Cat which looks too sweet for my taste.
Sure it is not too bad. But if there ever was a cat that should be cute in game, it would be this one. Not tigers, jaguars or lions.
Will we see today Saharan horned viper?

I'm very happy to get more traditional exhibit animals, but I must say I don't like the snake and I don't like the screenshot either. It's the first time I get this feeling with an animal reveal post. Maybe it's just because I don't like snakes in general.
Also, remember we can customise the background sof the exhibit, so it can be just a photo of the sky, don't get too excited about null exhibit boxes.

It's also the eye shape,they're too narrow on the model. Also the ears are too far apart. It has too wide of a forehead.
I hope it means null exhibits. But I'm telling myself that it's just a custom backdrop

Yes, the edited picture shows definitely a big improvement compared to the screenshot. I hope Frontier adapts it.

I'm not holding my breath, that seems like something they would have announced in the update reveal post. It would be a pleasant surprise though.
