Planet Zoo: Twilight Pack and Update 1.11 Out Now! 🦇

Did or do you have mods installed before the update? If so then that's the issue right there.

Can't say anything about my own game yet regarding the update since I just got home from work, gotta check it out later.
I do not have any mods, but I found what was wrong.
NVidia graphic driver wasn't up to date, updated the driver and now the game works.
But now the screen flickers like heck when I exit the game, it closes without problem except that.

Ah, yeah, those can cause trouble as well. Glad you were able to fix it! :)

Incredible update and dlc but I do have to back up a previous comment that Axolotls shouldn't be handled. They do not enjoy being outside of water and have very easily damaged slime coats.
Yeah, thought the same...again we have animals that are able to be handled that really shouldn't be, while others that would be perfect for it namely the boa are left out. It's the whole anteater-llama walkthrough thing all over again. At least that was fixed later on for the llama so I hope the boa gets a fix, too. Those snakes are great ambassadors and sneks in gerneral deserve way more love in the game...

I'm as certain as I can be that they just won't have had a chance to do the animations for the snakes (after all to make them look good it is a lot more complicated than holding something in their hand)

Did someone else notice the massive and unrealistic movement of the new redwood trees?
What do you mean it's completely normal?

I hope these climbing fixes actually do fix climbing once and for all. I don’t have high expectations at this point, unfortunately, especially considering some of the videos I watched yesterday still had animals walking up climbing frames and walking through the air to dismount.

My orangutans are still extremely buggy on custom climbing frames. I doubt the fixes did much difference * ok the climbing Is marginally better after observing my orangutans Further. They still glitch about but no way near as bad as it was yesterday

Shouldn't the sense of the door not be that animals can not walk through, though?
No, a lot of bigger animals can learn to go through PVC curtains. Some zoos use them to separate the outdoor and indoor exhibit. It prevents heatloss inside and the animals can choose to go inside or outside as they wish. In Antwerp Zoo, they use this method for okapi, giraffes and rhinos among others. (Birds or bats can't go through those curtains though).

It's also used for Horse Stables

I just wanted to write to give appreciation to Frontier. I requested new maps for Franchise for a long time and it is so cool that you listened to this suggestion. In my view this is a superb improvement to the game. I will buy the pack just to show support for all of your good work, although I am not too interested in the new animals and scenery.
