Easiest way to get big bounties is by murdering NPCs which can happily be done in solo play.

Well the guy's an idiot then, why go into open with that size of bounty and NOT expect to be blown to poop.....

SPEAR are not role playing competitive PvPer nor Turnament players when we act outside of arranged fights.
and of course we will not attack a role playing terrorist, which killed more then 2000 engineer visitors with a total overpowered ship compared to his victims, in a balanced situation.
When SWAT fulfills a task in real life they dont come with one man for one terrorist. they come as group. expect the same from us.

Given the current situation in the US I don't think likening yourselves to SWAT and romanticising what you do is that wise.

and this is also clearly the prefered tactic.

however there are some exceptions where our aces are lucky and get assassins in 1v1 situations. lucky cause you are not able to prohibit someone jumping out normally in a duel.
this here is a good example.

But then the question should be asked why Spear attacks a completely harmless commander in Deciat in his ASP and kills him with 6 battleships without any resistance ?

George Nader plays absolutely law-abiding, has no bounty, was nowhere wanted (not even with scanner) etc.....

His only mistake was that the person in the RL who uses this virtual character is identical with the user of Jerry Cotton.

Your exclamation " Nader is Jerry KOS " shows very clearly that you can not separate between RL and virtual world. An innocent virtual person had to die only because of your personal hate for her owner .... so don't talk about Roleplay here ! You only live out your private fantasies of violence

Unsurprising that often SPEAR activity borders on obsessive stalking if they seem to think the character of a person in a video game reflects some truth of the person behind the desk. Maybe they think they're all private detectives? Don't tell them about GTA, they'll never find time to sleep.

it´s funny outlaws are every day killing hundreds of totally harmless ships, and they say is ok "because the game allows me to do it", but when you receive the same medicine como here to complain, and also try to show the one who killed you as a serial murderer in real life.

There is an expression in spanish that says "lo ancho del embudo para tí, y para el resto lo estrecho", which translated is more or less "the wide part of the funnel for you and the narrow for the rest of the people".

you don't get the point. AT also kills harmless ships, that' proven. So where is then the difference between ROA-gankers and Spear-Gankers? you guys don't see you simply do the same. gankers at least have the cojones to admit it.
