It's what I get for not checking more gas giants. I know better now.
Also that first system looks like a chandelier or something. Very nice.
If that's the whole system its just one star short of the record. If there's more in that screenshot at the lower right, you should report it.
Yep, my personal tally is up to 5 now. More of a thrill than discovering ELW's which are common when compared to Water Giants.
In the rarely-examined 'most hostile terraformable planet' category I found this little oddity.
It's a terraformable, oh sure the gravity, orbital period and rotation are reasonable...
But 776 kelvin? That's higher than the melting point of lead. 158 atmospheres will put any pressure cooker to shame, and has a fully poisonous atmosphere of carbon dioxide (with a dash of sulphur) for good measure.
Either TF technology is more impressive than we give the eggheads credit for, or someone at the astrographic society let a drunk temp analyze my data.

To be perfectly fair it does say "candidate" it doesn't definitively state that it CAN be terraformed, just that it's worth looking into for its potential.

I remember finding two systems 0.11LY away from eachother in some nebula, shorter than a trip to Hutton Orbital
Everything is so close together here that I'm having to remind myself to refuel. The tiny jumps use almost nothing.

Nothing weird about the system itself, but a very rare find indeed.
